Terms and Conditions for Pre-Order Purchases and Raffle Participation.
By placing a pre-order on Whatever Limited (www.whateverlimited.com), managed and operated by Chateau de Garage AB org.nr: 559496-8512 (You will find the Whatever LTD. logotype—Whatever LTD.—and/or our symbol WEL. in combination with Chateau de Garage on all our business communications with you, including confirmations, receipts, and other correspondence), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
A pre-order is an advance purchase of a product that is not yet available for immediate delivery. The minim quantity required to start the production is 100 pieces for this sales. By placing a pre-order, you enter into a contract with Chateau de Garage AB to reserve the specified product.
Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of placing the pre-order. Payment confirms your reservation and acceptance of these terms. Any balance due must be paid before shipment. All payments are processed securely through our partner Stripe. Click here to read more about Stripe.
The estimated delivery date or timeframe will be clearly stated on the product page. While we strive to meet these estimates, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If delays arise, we will notify you promptly and provide updated delivery information.
You may cancel your pre-order at any time before the product ships for a full refund. Once the product has been delivered, our standard return policy applies. In accordance with EU consumer protection laws (including Sweden), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason.
If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order due to production or supply issues, you will be entitled to a full refund of any payments made. If the delivery is delayed by more than 30 days beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, you have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund. We will use the same payment method for the refund as you used for the purchase, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise with us.
Chateau de Garage AB reserves the right to modify or cancel pre-orders if necessary due to changes in production or supply availability. If we must change your pre-order due to production issues, you will be notified and given the option to accept the change or receive a full refund.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact and shipping information during the pre-order process. Failure to do so may result in delays or cancellation of your order.
Chateau de Garage AB complies with all applicable consumer protection laws, including providing clear product descriptions, pricing information, and delivery estimates.
Chateau de Garage AB is not liable for delays caused by external factors such as shipping disruptions, natural disasters, technical issues or other events beyond our control.
All international orders will be shipped via our nominated shipper UPS or DHL depending on your location.

Every country has different shipping regulations. You can look up country-specific shipping restrictions and service options on the UPS or DHL websites.
For shipments outside EU you as customer are responsible for paying import duties and taxes. We ship the items Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) I.e the receiver pays all duties and taxes upon delivery.
Import Duties & Taxes: All prices on our website exclude any applicable import duties, customs fees, or taxes that may be charged by your local government. These charges are not included in the total cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Import regulations vary by country, and we recommend checking with your local customs office for detailed information. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you are responsible for any such additional charges.
By placing a pre-order, you will automatically be entered into a raffle for a prize(s) or reward(s)] - in this case an art piece which is a part of the backdrop from The Character Tour 2005-2006. Participation is optional, and you may opt-out by contacting us at customercare@whateverlimited.com within 24 hours of your order. The raffle is subject to the following terms:
1) Eligibility: Open to all customers who place a pre-order during the promotional period. Employees of Chateau de Garage AB and their immediate family members are not eligible.
2) Entry: One raffle entry per pre-order placed. Multiple pre-orders will result in multiple entries, with a maximum of 5 entries per customer.
3) The prize or reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Shipping costs may apply.
4) Drawing: The winner will be selected by random drawing after all items are shipped to customers.
5) Notification: The winner will be notified via email within 48 hours of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be drawn.
6) Publicity: Winners may be asked for permission to allow Chateau de Garage AB to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes. No personal information will be shared without the winner's explicit consent.
7) Taxes: Any tax liabilities resulting from the prizes or rewards are the sole responsibility of the winner.
8) Governing Law: This raffle is governed by the laws of Sweden and is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must return the item to us no later than 14 days after the day you picked up your package. To exercise your right of withdrawal in time, it is sufficient to send the item before the deadline expires. You as customer will bear the cost of shipping the item back i.e. – no free returns.
Pack the items you wish to return and seal the package. We kindly ask that you return the item in its original packaging and in the same condition in which you received it, and include the Delivery Note/Packing Slip in the package.

If the item has been handled beyond what is allowed, or if any part of the item is missing or damaged, you are responsible for the reduced value of the item, and we reserve the right to deduct this depreciation from your refund.
If product is returned due to defects – All costs customers have incurred due to the purchase and complaint will be refunded upon approved complaint, e.g., return shipping and extra expenses related to the complaint. In case of any dispute, Whatever limited C/O Chateau de Garage refers to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden), and we always follow their recommendations.
Whatever LTD. C/O Chateau de Garage AB is exempt from consequences for failure to fulfill certain obligations under this agreement if the failure is due to exempting circumstances as below and the circumstance prevents, complicates, or delays fulfillment. Exempting circumstances shall be considered, among others, government action or omission, newly introduced or amended legislation, labor market conflict, blockade, fire, flood, sabotage, accident of major extent, or other type of natural disaster. Force majeure includes government decisions that negatively affect the market and products, such as restrictions on indication, warning texts, sales bans, etc., abnormal market decline, and if the company is subjected to criminal activity that affects operations.

Of course, we want you as a customer to be satisfied with your purchase from us. Therefore, we always try to first agree with you on a solution in case something has gone wrong.

As a customer, you have the opportunity to submit complaints in all official EU languages. Disputes can also be tried by Swedish general courts.
